Fixed Price Contracts:

We understand how important it is for you to know what your home is going to cost before the project begins. In recognition of this, we are one of the few home builders in our marketplace willing to commit to a true fixed price contract. This approach provides great peace of mind to our customers.
 
When we present you with a price proposal, it will include a very detailed set of materials and specifications, a detailed site plan and other pertinent data to ensure you know exactly what you are receiving for the price.
 
As part of our pricing proposal, we include significant cost items like foundations and retaining walls. Additionally, smaller items (that certainly add up) are also included; these items include all temporary utility charges, permits and even insurance which covers your home while under construction. Our price is truly a fixed price contract.
 

Fixed Duration Contracts:

We are also one of the few builders who are willing to commit to a fixed duration contract. We will actually impose financial penalties on ourselves if your home is not completed within the timeframe prescribed in our contract documents.
